The Automation Analyst serves as a key technical partner within the IT Data Infrastructure team, dedicated to streamlining business processes through innovative automation solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and modern technology, ensuring the organization leverages the Microsoft Power Platform to its fullest potential.
In this position, you will build, maintain, and troubleshoot custom applications that deliver tangible value to stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing robust workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps, and collaborating closely with the IT team and leadership to align technical implementations with organizational standards. You will also play a vital role in knowledge transfer by documenting system specifications and providing technical training to users.
