In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex mechanical diagnostics and clear communication. You will explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers, ensuring transparency and trust. Your work involves continuously learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
