In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex mechanical diagnostics and clear communication. You will explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers, ensuring transparency and trust. Your work involves performing maintenance and repair orders with efficiency, providing accurate labor and time estimates, and inspecting new vehicles for necessary adjustments.
We value continuous growth; you will continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology. ASE Certification (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) is strongly preferred, reflecting our commitment to professional excellence.
