Auto Mechanic Apprentice

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on mechanical skills within a close-knit, family-style environment. Work Environment

This is a first-shift role (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) based in Batavia, IL. You will work in a small, recently acquired facility currently staffed by a handful of employees, supported by a broader team across multiple locations. The shop focuses on outfitting and assembling vehicles using hand and power tools, mechanical assembly equipment, and sit-down forklifts where applicable. The setting is hands-on, collaborative, and production-oriented, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and maintaining an organized workspace.
