About the Role
Cox Automotive is seeking an Auto Maintenance Technician II to join a fast-paced automotive environment where precision and safety are paramount. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to the Automotive department, performing preventive maintenance and light repairs on a wide range of vehicles. You will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing complex mechanical and electrical systems while ensuring all work orders are completed accurately and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with service advisors and teammates to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of repairs. You will leverage modern diagnostic tools and technology to troubleshoot engine, transmission, and drivability concerns, while also providing informal guidance to junior technicians to help build overall team capability.
