The Technician Trainee role is designed to transform you into a proficient, Safelite SafeTech-certified auto glass technician. Through a comprehensive training program, you will gain the fundamental skills necessary to perform unsupervised glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations. Your journey involves learning the Safelite way through hands-on experience and classroom instruction, with the goal of bringing unexpected happiness to customers by completing jobs timely and to the highest quality standards.
