The Auto Body Technician is the cornerstone of the customer experience at Gerber. Your primary accountability is to meticulously assess and repair vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition. You will play a pivotal role in fulfilling our company's promise by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles with precision.
In this role, you will work in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs. You are not just a technician; you are a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group, committed to delivering a WOW (Wow Operating Way) experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
