The Autism Clinic Specialist serves as a vital bridge between the clinic and the families it serves. In this non-exempt position, you will play a key role in developing strong, supportive relationships with families by identifying their unique needs and connecting them with essential services. Your work ensures that families receive the coordination and support necessary to navigate the resources available to them.
You will be an integral part of the Autism Clinic team, working under the direction of the Autism Service Director. Beyond clinical assessments, you will assist in the administrative and logistical aspects of the clinic, such as filing, processing new referrals, requesting records, and generating family resource packets. You will also collaborate with team members to complete final evaluation reports and maintain a database of family recommendations to assist families in accessing community resources.
