At Elise Buie Family Law Group, we are redefining what it means to practice family law. Since our founding in 2015, we have operated as a fully remote, forward-thinking firm dedicated to helping clients navigate life's most complex transitions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
We believe exceptional legal work starts with a fulfilled team. That is why we have built a culture rooted in civility, excellence, and fierce advocacy—where attorneys are empowered to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and find genuine purpose in their work.
You will join a cohesive, values-driven team that prioritizes support, integrity, and continuous improvement. This is an environment where your voice matters; you will collaborate closely with colleagues, share ideas, and help shape processes that elevate both the client and team experience.
In this role, you will provide thoughtful, strategic legal counsel tailored to each client's unique situation. You will guide clients through their options, empowering them to make informed decisions, and represent them in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Your goal is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal services while ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their case.
To apply, please submit your resume along with a writing sample demonstrating your exceptional legal writing skills. We look for candidates with a growth mindset, openness to coaching, and a passion for client advocacy.
Elise Buie Family Law Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace where all individuals are respected and valued. We encourage applicants of all backgrounds to apply and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to any protected status under applicable law.
