About the Practice

The Insurance and Asset Management Practice provides leading Life Insurers, Property & Casualty Insurers, and Asset Managers with strategic insights to succeed in a rapidly evolving competitive, regulatory, and capital markets environment. Our work spans strategy development, financial effectiveness, product design, operational excellence, underwriting, pricing, and distribution. Recent impact examples include establishing a Greenfield insurer from strategy to implementation, designing multi-year corporate strategies for independent broker dealers, and building generative AI-powered contract review tools.

About the Role

As an Associate or Engagement Manager in our New York office, you will join a successful team supporting the firm's strategic expansion. This role offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals. You will manage the execution of individual project workstreams, including planning, hypothesis development, data analysis, and research. A key part of your day involves synthesizing findings into written presentations, leading client readouts, and supporting Partners in project delivery. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants, managing task allocation and providing constructive feedback to foster their development in consulting skills and insurance industry content.

Please note that the applicable base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $240,000, determined on a case-by-case basis considering experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for performance-based incentives and year-end bonuses.
