About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) - Land Development for our Miramar Beach, FL location. This role provides senior-level leadership for the planning, design, and delivery of complex engineering projects. Operating at a strategic level, the AVP guides project execution, mentors managers and senior staff, supports business development efforts, and serves as a key liaison between technical teams and executive, administrative, and financial leadership. This position represents the company in client, industry, and community settings and plays a critical role in sustaining long-term growth and client relationships.
