About the Role
As an AAA Associate Retail Travel Agent, you will bring your sales expertise to an exciting career in the travel industry. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your journey, this role is designed for enthusiastic, sales-driven individuals who excel in customer service and embrace new technology.
In this position, you will craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences, ranging from cruises and land tours to flights and hotels. You will leverage your personal travel experiences to inspire and guide clients, building long-term relationships that turn first-time travelers into loyal advocates. Working within AAA's established travel strategy, you will process bookings and documentation while ensuring compliance with industry policies. Additionally, you will educate clients on exclusive AAA benefits, including travel perks and the AAA-branded credit card.
