About the Role
The QUIKRETE® Companies is seeking a motivated Associate QA Process Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art Engineering & Technical Center in Johns Creek, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in driving product quality and performance across our national manufacturing operations. You will ensure our products consistently meet QC and QA performance standards, spanning from raw material qualification through finished product development.
Your work will directly support our manufacturing facilities, sales teams, and customers. As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will lead and support initiatives that impact product quality, consistency, and cost. You will evaluate finished product test results, design laboratory experiments to qualify new raw materials and suppliers, and optimize plant formulations for performance and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales to provide product recommendations and assist customers with technical guidance and issue resolution.

Requirements

Nice to Have
A civil engineering degree with a materials focus. Experience with manufacturing and formulation of cement, concrete, mortars, or other cement-based construction materials.
