Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support digital media campaigns that attract top talent. This role is designed for an early-career professional eager to learn and grow in recruitment marketing. You will work with internal teams and external partners to plan, launch, and optimize paid media efforts, taking ownership of your work and approaching problems methodically.
This position is fully remote and requires a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 25 Mbps download/50 Mbps for shared connectivity and 5 Mbps upload). The role requires consistent availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours, regardless of your physical location.
Maximus employees who have completed at least six months in their current position are eligible to apply for posted positions. Exceptions to this rule are handled on a case-by-case basis. The six-month requirement may be waived for CCO employees in specific circumstances, such as those returning from an acting role or limited-service assignments where a lateral or promotional position was not secured.
