Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support digital media campaigns that attract top talent. This role is designed for an early-career professional eager to learn and grow in recruitment marketing. You will work with internal teams and external partners to plan, launch, and optimize paid media efforts, taking ownership of your work and approaching problems methodically.
The position is fully remote, requiring a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet. You will be expected to maintain consistent availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours, regardless of your physical location.
Maximus employees who have completed at least six months in their current position are eligible to apply for posted positions. Exceptions to this six-month minimum are handled on a case-by-case basis by the specific project. The rule may be waived for CCO employees under specific circumstances, such as those returning from an acting role, those in limited-service roles unable to secure a lateral or promotional position, or those unable to return to a homebase position.
