About the Role
Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support digital media campaigns that attract top talent. This role is designed for an early-career professional eager to learn and grow in recruitment marketing. You will work with internal teams and external partners to plan, launch, and optimize paid media efforts, taking ownership of your work and approaching problems methodically.
The position is fully remote, requiring a dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet. You will be expected to maintain consistent availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours, regardless of your physical location.
Hiring Process & Application
Maximus employees who have completed at least six months in their current position are eligible to apply for posted positions. Exceptions to this rule are handled on a case-by-case basis. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport execution of digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors
- check_circleCollaborate with content and creative teams to align ad visuals and messaging with campaign goals
- check_circleTrack media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target
- check_circleAnalyze campaign metrics and optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements
- check_circlePrepare and distribute performance reports with insights and trends for stakeholders
- check_circleStay current on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction
- check_circleManage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign quality assurance
Requirements
- verified1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field
- verifiedReliable high-speed internet service
- verifiedMinimum 25 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
- verifiedMinimum 5 Mbps upload speeds
Nice to Have
Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns. Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns.
