General Atlantic is seeking a Life Sciences investor to join our New York-based investment team. This role offers exposure to all parts of the investment process, from evaluating new opportunities and themes in biopharma to conducting technical diligence and supporting deal execution. You will work closely with portfolio companies to drive strategic growth and generate value for the firm.
The ideal candidate will bring a scientific background and relevant industry experience, serving as a bridge between complex scientific data and high-level investment strategy. You will be expected to develop rigorous investment theses, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and leverage clinical and industry networks to generate proprietary deal flow.

The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $160,000, with the exact amount driven by the degree to which you meet role requirements, as well as additional special skills and experience. Additional reward programs, such as annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs, are available for eligible employees as recognition for performance and contributions to the organization’s success.
