The Associate Editor, Strategic Content Development is a pivotal role designed to oversee custom content production for FMG's flagship publications. This position exists to bridge the gap between editorial storytelling and strategic business needs, ensuring that custom content programs resonate with industry leaders while driving audience engagement.
You will be a journalist with a strong sense of news who can spot trends and produce well-written stories in a compelling way. Your day-to-day involves managing the development and execution of diverse content programs, including native articles, research reports, multimedia hubs, video, podcasts, and social content. You will partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ideate content proposals, assess client needs, and moderate live panels and webinars. Success in this role requires the ability to distill complex market trends, identify emerging technologies like generative AI, and optimize content for SEO and analytics to grow our audience.
