About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Director of EHS to partner with site leadership at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico facility. In this role, you will provide direction, leadership, and technical expertise to enhance EH&S initiatives, ensuring a safe workplace and full compliance with all regulations. You will drive the culture of the EH&S program and integrate these programs into overall business operations.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you will oversee operational and EHS performance, manage experienced professionals, and handle EHS budgets and capital planning. Your day-to-day involves coordinating management systems, conducting trend analysis on inspections and incidents, and interfacing with government agencies to maintain regulatory compliance. You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure our people and organization are protected from adverse impacts.

Location and Requirements

This is an onsite position located at the Felicia Industrial Park in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. Please note that U.S. citizenship is strictly required for this role, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this specific program and contract.
