This is not a standalone niche practice being built in isolation; it is being developed within a powerful platform that already has deep client relationships, strong market credibility, and meaningful adjacency to restructuring, valuation, capital solutions, and other advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead large or high-complexity e-discovery matters from planning through close-out
- check_circleOversee multiple workstreams and engagement teams to ensure quality and cost discipline
- check_circleServe as primary contact for clients, external counsel, vendors, and senior stakeholders
- check_circleDirect preparation of discovery plans, review protocols, search methodologies, and production specifications
- check_circleAdvise clients on discovery strategy, data scoping, analytics, and cost-management opportunities
- check_circleManage engagement economics, resource planning, timelines, data security, and vendor coordination
- check_circleCoach and develop Managers, Associates, Analysts, and review teams across active matters
- check_circleDrive consistency in e-discovery methodology, quality standards, and documentation across the practice
- check_circleSupport proposals, pitches, thought leadership, and strategic growth initiatives
- check_circleIdentify opportunities to expand client relationships and connect e-discovery work with broader practice capabilities
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, legal studies, accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline
- verified7-10 years of relevant experience in e-discovery, litigation support, forensic technology, managed review, investigations, disputes, or related consulting services
- verifiedExperience with leading e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, RelativityOne, Everlaw, Reveal, DISCO, Nuix, Brainspace, Casepoint, Microsoft Purview, Google Vault, or similar
- verifiedProfessional credentials such as RCA, CEDS, ACEDS, Relativity certifications, PMP, JD, CFE, or other relevant credentials
- verifiedWillingness to travel based on client and business needs
Nice to Have
Master's degree or JD degree. Professional credentials such as RCA, CEDS, ACEDS, Relativity certifications, PMP, JD, or CFE.
