We are a successful private practice in Lexington, KY, seeking a motivated Associate Dentist or a graduating 2026 dental student to join our team. We welcome patient-focused professionals passionate about delivering high-quality dental care in a supportive, collaborative environment that values professional development and teamwork.
The Role
In this position, you will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while growing your career in a modern, dynamic practice. You will have the opportunity to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, diagnose and treat various dental issues, and collaborate with a highly skilled team. We value adaptability and encourage our associates to integrate new techniques and continuously improve their communication skills.
Work Schedule
Our office operates Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with one Friday per month from 8 AM to 2 PM. We prioritize work-life balance with no evening or weekend shifts.
