About United Therapeutics

United Therapeutics is the first publicly-traded biotech or pharmaceutical company to operate as a public benefit corporation. Founded in 1996 by a family seeking a cure for their daughter's pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), our mission is to travel down the corridors of indifference to develop treatments for rare, deadly diseases. Today, we have six FDA-approved therapies and a near-term pipeline focused on PAH, pulmonary fibrosis, and neuroblastoma.

Our vision extends beyond pharmaceuticals to address the critical shortage of transplantable organs. We are working to create manufactured kidneys, hearts, lungs, and livers to eliminate the transplant waiting list and cure end-stage organ diseases. At United Therapeutics, our mission and vision are one; we use enthusiasm, creativity, and persistence to innovate for unmet medical needs. We are bold, unconventional, and believe that our sense of purpose transforms work into a vocation.

About the Role

The Associate Corporate Compliance Director serves as a key compliance business partner to Commercial and Medical Affairs, including Sales, Marketing, Training, and Patient Advocacy. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Compliance Director, you will drive the development and execution of compliance strategies that align with evolving regulatory expectations and business objectives.

This role is designed for a strategic leader who can influence business decision-making and shape proactive, risk-based approaches. You will oversee day-to-day compliance activities while fostering strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will directly impact the company's strategic direction, ensuring that compliant growth is enabled through advisory support, role-based training, monitoring, and issue resolution. You will act as a recognized subject matter expert, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance that empowers the business to move forward safely and effectively.
