About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our firm as an Associate Attorney with a strong background in Municipal Law. You will work directly with municipalities and government entities, serving as a proactive advisor on issues ranging from land use and zoning to code enforcement, public contracts, and public finance.

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate critical legal documents such as contracts, ordinances, and resolutions. You will also represent our clients in litigation, administrative proceedings, and negotiations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a team of attorneys and support staff to develop tailored legal solutions, maintain strong client relationships, and stay ahead of legislative changes that impact our public sector clients.
