About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the innovation economy, supporting venture-backed and emerging growth companies. The role involves a hybrid work schedule, allowing for two days of remote work per week. Candidates will engage in a variety of high-impact tasks, including corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions), transactional due diligence, and fundraising activities such as venture financings and the issuance of preferred stock and convertible securities. Additionally, the role includes acting as outside general counsel, counseling clients, drafting consents, reviewing contracts, and managing capitalization tables using systems like Carta.
