About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven leader to join our team as an Assistant Stretch Manager. This role is ideal for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. You will spend your time on the club floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with members while selling Assisted Stretch packages. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a team of Stretch Trainers (Myofascial Technicians) to deliver exceptional service.

In this position, you will assess member needs to formulate and recommend customized mobility programs. You will take ownership of the member experience and business objectives, particularly on weekends, serving as a key leader in preparation for future club management opportunities. Success in this role requires great people skills, a willingness to learn and be mentored, and a strong desire to help others achieve results.
