About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive day-to-day operations and ensure the store delivers on its performance goals. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, focusing on developing team talent, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of teamwork and customer excellence.
You will be instrumental in shaping the store's success by identifying training opportunities to grow your team, managing schedules, and implementing action plans that improve operating results. Your day will involve balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, from mentoring direct reports and resolving customer concerns to maintaining inventory standards and ensuring a safe, clean environment.
Please note that initial training will take place at a nearby location prior to the store's official opening.
