About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will be the right hand to our General Manager, supporting daily operations and leading a team of dedicated pet care pros. This role exists to ensure our facility runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care for our canine visitors.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. Your day will involve supervising staff across daycare, front desk, and grooming areas, managing schedules, and ensuring all dogs are engaged and cared for. You will be the face of the business, greeting pet parents, resolving concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are administering medications, maintaining cleanliness in play areas, or helping plan in-store events, your energy and leadership will directly impact the experience of our guests.
