Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage total store operations in the absence of the store manager
- check_circleDrive sales and maximize profits by working with department managers to reduce shrink
- check_circleDevelop action plans and communications based on Associate Insight survey results
- check_circleAnalyze the competitive landscape within the district and division
- check_circlePromote strong relationships with local community organizations
- check_circleEnsure store compliance with federal, state, and local laws and enterprise policies
- check_circleAssist store manager in leading teams to plan and execute merchandising and operating initiatives
- check_circleSupervise and coach direct reports, including completing performance reviews
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma/GED
- verified1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent experience
- verifiedStore manager/district manager or direct manager approval
Nice to Have
Retail management experience and knowledge of all aspects of store operations. Staff supervisory experience.
