Based at a world-class Dexterra workforce accommodations facility, the Assistant Site Manager serves as the strategic leader responsible for the overall operations, direction, and success of a rapidly growing construction operation. The facility is set to launch with approximately 500 rooms, with a projected scale of over 4,000 rooms, requiring a senior leader capable of managing complex hospitality and accommodation environments.
This position offers full site responsibility, blending high-level strategic leadership with hands-on project management across key service lines including facilities maintenance, dining and food services, cleaning and housekeeping, and laundry services. The successful candidate will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, service-driven team, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on safety, guest experience, and client satisfaction.
