About the Role
The Assistant Operations Manager provides direct operational oversight across yard, shredder, and ELV processing operations. Serving as a key link between frontline supervisors and the Operations Manager, this role ensures the consistent execution of operational plans, policies, and performance expectations. The position is critical for reinforcing safety, production efficiency, environmental compliance, and employee accountability within the facility.
This role operates on the second shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday), with Saturday availability required. The Assistant Operations Manager will step in to supervise operations during the Operations Manager's absence, coordinating daily and weekly production priorities with department leads to minimize bottlenecks and support throughput targets.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The role requires standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all personnel.

Requirements
