Assistant Manager/Shift Leader

About the Opportunity

This role is designed for Business Management students seeking real-world experience to complement their degree, as well as Food Service Workers looking to take their first step into management and future career development. We welcome individuals new to the workforce or the food service industry; while prior experience is beneficial, we are happy to provide full training from entry level for those without it.

The Role

You will serve as a vital link in our operations, overseeing the kitchen and delivery crew while ensuring every customer order is handled with precision. Your day will involve receiving orders via phone, internet, and in-person, then preparing meals in strict accordance with our procedures and standards. Beyond cooking, you will manage basic kitchen maintenance, including cleaning, stocking, rotating products, and proofing dough. You will also handle essential administrative duties such as inventory management, food ordering, scheduling, running reports, and addressing customer concerns.
