About the Opportunity

This role is designed for Business Management students seeking real-world experience to complement their degree, as well as Food Service Workers looking to take their next step into management and future career development. It is also an ideal entry point for those new to the workforce or the food service industry. While prior experience is beneficial, we are happy to provide full training from the ground up for candidates with no background in the field.

The Role

You will oversee the operations of the kitchen and delivery crew, ensuring smooth service during both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. Your day-to-day involves receiving customer orders via phone, internet, and in-person, then preparing and cooking meals in strict accordance with company procedures and standards. Beyond food preparation, you will handle basic kitchen maintenance, including cleaning, stocking, rotating product, and proofing dough. You will also manage essential administrative duties such as inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, handling customer concerns, and managing opening and closing tasks.

Growth and Development

We offer a fast-track pay-scaling training program that is hands-on and conducted in-store. The goal is to help you learn to run shifts quickly, leading to pay increases. Shift leaders and Assistant Managers can earn up to and over $17/hour in wages, plus tips. We also provide paid development programs and classes to support your professional growth.

Hiring Process

Candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. We look for individuals with good customer service and communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team. Basic math and computer skills are required, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds. No specific education or prior experience is required to start.
