Assistant Manager II

About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.

Your day-to-day impact will be felt across the entire store floor. You will help organize merchandise transfers, maintain seasonal areas, and ensure promotional displays remain effective. Beyond operational tasks, you will play a key role in training and developing Store Associates, ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and safety guidelines. Whether processing corporate directives, managing inventory, or handling customer inquiries with a friendly approach, your goal is to maintain a well-stocked, clean, and presentable store that meets company standards.
