About the Role

This position offers a fast-track opportunity to become a General Manager within the restaurant industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, leading, training, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service every shift. You will be responsible for maintaining food quality, speed, and accuracy standards while overseeing scheduling, labor management, inventory, banking, and store profitability. Additionally, you will assist with hiring and staff development while supporting marketing efforts to drive sales growth.
