You will be the driving force behind the team, fostering an upbeat and positive atmosphere where work is fun. By sharing the "why" behind tasks, you will help employees understand their role in the bigger picture. Your day involves setting clear expectations, providing continuous feedback, and coaching for performance while managing key operational pillars: food and paper inventory, labor, and guest service.
