The Assistant Manager serves as the vital operations leader of the restaurant, working alongside the Restaurant General Manager to drive profitability, guest service, people development, and operational excellence. This role is dedicated to supporting the daily management of a single location, ensuring the business runs smoothly while fostering a culture of servant leadership.
Your time is split between developing team members, creating memorable guest experiences, and handling essential administrative duties. You will partner with the General Manager and the team to create action plans that improve guest metrics, ensuring every visitor receives accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean facility. A key part of your mission involves calling guests back to resolve complaints and turning negative interactions into positive memories.\n Beyond guest interactions, you will lead the business by managing inventory costs, performing daily and weekly counts, and placing truck orders. You are responsible for ensuring the facility and equipment meet company standards for preventative maintenance and that all cash control and security procedures are strictly followed. Additionally, you will direct the team toward common goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while upholding food safety and brand standards.
