As a SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. Your mission is to deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a SuperSONIC experience. You will be the driving force behind creating an upbeat, positive atmosphere where work is fun, while managing critical areas like food, paper, labor, and guest service.
In this role, you will help your team understand the "why" behind their tasks, fostering a culture where every employee is ready to serve. You will celebrate successes, provide continuous feedback, and coach for better performance to ensure guests leave the lot satisfied every time.
