About the Role
As a SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. Your mission is to ensure the delivery of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, creating a memorable experience for every guest. You will help build a team of "Great People" dedicated to providing a "SuperSONIC" experience, fostering an upbeat atmosphere where work is fun and guests leave satisfied every time.
In this role, you will be the bridge between the team and the big picture, sharing the "why" behind tasks to help employees understand their impact. You will celebrate successes, provide continuous feedback, and coach for performance while managing key operational areas including food, paper, labor, and guest service. Maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards while complying with all federal, state, and local laws is essential to your daily success.
