About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and get outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you will ensure 100% satisfaction for every guest by resolving concerns promptly and inspiring your crew to exceed performance expectations. You will lead the team in acting on customer feedback, foster a culture of teamwork and respect, and ensure all food is handled with the highest standards of safety and quality. Your goal is to drive profitability while delivering a "come-back quality" experience through outstanding service and flavor, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
