About the Role

This position is designed for a dynamic leader who manages all store operations, loss prevention, and strategic decisions that directly impact store performance and profitability. You will be accountable for achieving sales, shrink, payroll, and expense targets while fostering a culture of dignity and respect for both customers and co-workers. Your day will involve effectively sales directing by coaching and motivating a team of up to 25 employees to achieve personal and store goals. You will ensure compliance with all company policies, control shrink through proactive prevention, and maintain a safe, clean, and visually appealing environment. This role requires a team player who works hard, maintains integrity, and finds joy in creating value for the Windsor family.
