As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure that every shift operates smoothly. Your role involves assisting with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives. Whether you are a meat-lover or not, all backgrounds are welcome here.
