In this position, you will serve as a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for providing leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site, while managing shift execution, labor, and financial goals. Your day-to-day will involve coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential and handling customer and team concerns with professionalism and care.
Note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.
