About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will join a positive and fun culture where the only thing people love more than eating here is working here. This role is designed for friendly and enthusiastic individuals who want to learn real cooking skills while enhancing their job capabilities for future opportunities within the company.

You will serve as a Customer Service Manager on Duty, supervising shifts of 3 to 10 employees. Your day will involve monitoring quality, safety, and the customer experience while ensuring our restaurants remain in tip-top shape. You will play a vital role in training staff members for new hires and promotions, handling cash reconciliations, and ensuring that every meal is an unforgettable one through quick, courteous service.
