About the Role
As an Inside Helper, you will be a vital part of our store operations, working alongside exceptional team members to ensure our customers receive the best service. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to learn on the job.
Your day will involve operating equipment, preparing products, and processing orders both over the phone and in person. You will be responsible for stocking ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean facility. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers, as well as the ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy under stress.
