Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoach employees and resolve team member issues or concerns
- check_circleTrack and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual statistics and reports
- check_circleManage front desk activities including member sign-ups and facility tours
- check_circleSchedule team members and ensure all shifts are adequately covered
- check_circleEnsure safety of employees, members, and club property at all times
- check_circleRecruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members
- check_circleAuthorize expenditures, process refunds, and make daily bank deposits
- check_circleOversee facility cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment repair reporting
Requirements
