About the Role
The Assistant General Manager serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, leading the Sales team while managing day-to-day operations. This role is designed for individuals passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. As the hub for information for members, guests, and staff, you will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success. You will lead, coach, and train the sales team to create a fun atmosphere and be great hosts. While the role encompasses a broad spectrum of duties, you will remain flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of the gym.

Requirements
