About the Role
The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager and serves as a vital partner to the Sales team while managing day-to-day operations. This role is designed for individuals passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. As Assistant General Manager, you will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success.
You will lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere, act as great hosts, and serve as the central hub for information for members, guests, and staff. While the role encompasses a broad spectrum of duties, you will remain flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of the gym, with responsibilities subject to change under the discretion of management to ensure the club runs smoothly.
