About the Role
The Assistant General Manager is a pivotal leader who reports directly to the General Manager. This role is designed for individuals passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. You will serve as the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff, creating connections with prospective members and facilitating their membership journey to ensure their success.
In this position, you will lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere and be great hosts. While the role encompasses a broad spectrum of duties, you will remain flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of the gym, ensuring that sales targets are met and the facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. You will be the face of the club, engaging with members in a friendly manner to resolve concerns and provide clear, helpful responses.
