The Opportunity

Chipotle is growing fast – we're opening a restaurant almost every day, and we need leaders to grow with us! Our Apprentices have a strong desire to grow into General Managers by assisting in the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You'll learn what it takes to run a strong business, hire and train great people, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience.
