About the Team

HHS is a private, family-owned business dedicated to caring for its team members and providing honest, quality-driven customer service. Founded in 1975 as Hospital Housekeeping Systems, today HHS provides services including housekeeping, food, and facility management to nearly 1,000 customers across six industries.

About the Role

We don't hire assistant directors; we hire future directors. This role is designed for individuals ready to lead a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect. You will manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules while performing daily inspections and coaching staff to ensure compliance and excellence.

Success in this position requires a balance of strategic collaboration with department and facility leadership to achieve goals, and the ability to analyze data to make necessary adjustments.
